Here's to Hellboy!
Hey mates,
Lil kit and I just got the new Hellboy movie on DVD today. What a fun movie! Just the right mix of action, humor and cat loving. Lil kit and I couldn't stop laughing and cheering the whole time! Well, once, when a tabby was about to get her head bit off by a particularly bad troll, noone was laughing.
The story is about how centuries ago, an elven king had a mechanical army made which he would unleash on the human race. Once he relaizes the horror of what he has done, he has the crown, which controls the army cut into pieces and keeps some and gives some to the humans and a truce is declared. The elven prince,who wishes he father would finish the job and wipe out the human race, gathers the pieces of the crown and sets the army back on it's destructive path. Hellboy and his friends must stop the prince and his mechanical army and save mankind. wow!
The best part is that even with the humans and elves hangin in the balance, Hellboy takes time out of his crime fighting to love his pride of 50+ cats. At one point, he is having a fight with his girlfriend and the cats are all scared and upset. He is a good alphatabby and reassures them.
