Below are the rules for the monthly drawing for a serving of Tabbitarium Catnip.

How to enter:

To enter the drawing one must simply subscribe to the Tabbitarium.com mailing list. No purchase is necessary. By entering, subscriber consents to receive periodic e-mail from Duddie Foxclaw at The Tabbitarium (dot com).

Your names and email address will NOT be sold, and registered persons can remove name from the contest at any time by choosing to unsubscribe from the mailing list.

Prize:

The prize for winning the drawing will be one 10gm. bag of one of our Premium fresh organic catnip blends. Maximum value is $5.00 including shipping charges. International winners will be responsible for any import duties.

Drawing date:

The drawing will be held on the 1st of every month (Holidays excluded).

Drawing method:

Every person subscribed to the mailing list will be assigned a unique and random sequence of numbers, the "Subscriber Sequence". At the time of the drawing, a number between (0 to 9) will be randomly selected to represent each digit of the "Winning Sequence". The "Winning Sequence" will be compared to the "Subscriber Sequence" that was assigned to each subscriber who registered for the mailing list prior to midnight on the day of a drawing.

The "Subscriber Sequence" that either matches the "Winning Sequence" exactly or in the absense of an exact match, is closest to the "Winning Sequence" without being greater than the "Winning Sequence" shall be awarded the Prize.

Notification / Prize claim:

The winner will be notified by e-mail and will have one week in which to respond to the e-mail. If the winner fails to respond, the prize is forfeited and a second drawing will be held to select another winner.

Odds of winning:

The odds of winning a prize are based solely upon the number of entrants.
